I think both formal education and skills are important and valuable. How ever you can have the education and don't have the skills and that could be a handicap for your career. It's like someone wanting to be an artist and someone who was born an artist. Skills are something natural that you have, yon can't go to school to learn it. Describe the benefits of working with others Working with others is always good. it teaches you how to be a team player and another good thing is that you can always learn something from someone.
