Describe the benefits of working with others When we work as a team , we can do a brainstorming to get the job done because everyone is putting his effort or his idea and we may take the best one to go forward with what we have to do. Describe the benefits of working alone The benefit to work alone is the person has no pressure from others, take his time to think the best for the company. That doesn't matter for me I will be comfortable in both situation like working with other people or alone. What was your worst working experience? I have been working on the project for three years on (The practice of efficient Leadership and its impact on the academic performance of students) and I summit the plan to my boss, he saw it he told me it was a good plan. At the end of the project, when I finished he said I have to change everything , I have to throw away the three years work and start all over again. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? I have learned to keep my mouth shut sometime, I do not need to speak all the time because my arguing will be wicked when you speak to often. In keeping silence I won't have to apologize or to correct myself all the time. What unique skills do you have?
