I have a strong business background and higher education background I have a strong in business background, computer, and higher education background. But also sometime that him or her may have difficulties to solve the problems. What was your worst working experience? The worst working experience when the project did not meet the deadline. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Most importantly, I have learnt throughout my career new technology. I earned my Master’s degree in Computer Science Education from Nova Southeastern University. I am a doctorate student, have a double concentration in the program and it is Educational Leadership and Instructional Technology in Distance Education. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? As far as the educational leadership is concern, school administration, organizational leadership and decision-making, the design and implementation of instruction, for people achievement, management of the organization and its operations, human resource development, research integrate cutting-edge knowledge from the business and education fields to support current and emerging public and private sector leaders to design and manage high-performing organizations and community development by providing leaders with the necessary tools and resources to create effective change. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? The instructional technology and distance education is provides skills in distance education, instructional media, instructional technology, instructional design, and training. This program is designed for the working professional who wishes to improve his and her teaching and training skills and/or the working professional who wish to become instructional designer, trainer, e-learning specialist, and/or media professional. I am currently finishing global international reading literacy the grant-writing project and the grant-writing project of the HP Technology for Teaching Grant Initiative will be analyzed school curriculum, systems design early childhood education, elementary and secondary school and colleges/universities related to macro-level, mega-level, and micro-level.
