Describe the benefits of working with others

As you could see how I described myself on the top, as: a customer service skill TRAINER, the first thing we teach is 'team work'. So, working with others is constantly having a mirror in front of you telling you what to fix or not in both sides. I don't think I will have enough space to explain those benefits in that description sheet. But I would say it could even be a key of success...

Describe the benefits of working alone

The benefit you have to work alone is actually the time you have to be the one you want to be. sometime with less pressure

Not to work for money. But Try to learn and love your Job. How: Always try to do something additional that's not only coming to work for 6 or 8 hours. Even assisting or helping your co-workers. They will start to see you not as a co-worker but as a leader. they will themself request a better possition for you.
