I speak English and Spanish fluently. What State are you looking to work in and why? I would like to work in Hawaii because its such a haven for tourists and being bilingual can help in a place of work. What field do you currently work in? My current job duties are payrolls, company administration, book keeping, banking and company management. What fields have you worked in before? I have also worked as a legal secretary for two years. What qualifications do you hold? I hold 7 GCSE's in English Language, English Literature, Spanish, Mathematics, Double Science and in computers. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? BOth are considered valuable, Formal education puts you on the right path to your dream job and having the skills is equally important because without the right skills you cant do the job. Describe the benefits of working with others Working with others teaches you how to work as a team, teaches you to listen and learn and its a great reward when you've all put your effort into completing a task. Describe the benefits of working alone Working alone gives you the experience of having to manage your time correctly if you want to reach your target, I suppose it gives you that extra push under pressure. What was your worst working experience? To be honest I have been fortunate not to have ever had a bad work experience. When Im given a job I just do it im not easily unmotivated. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Administrate your time properly. Make sure all your work is always on time and you will have great job satisfaction. What unique skills do you have? Fortuantely I have a wide range of skills, being that i work in a small office and we all have to pitch in. Administration, Payroll, Banking and book keeping would be my stronger skills. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? My dream job would be managing a team of staff to the upmost peak performance. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? The most interesting aspects would be meeting with clients to discuss the daily income and expenses and where they could save some money. I also like the payroll side having to do employment contracts for many people as well as helping them have their paperwork in order. What are the least interesting aspects of your field?
