| Getting my Employers to pay.? I am a manufacturers rep. I sell goods to wholesalers. I have been with this agency for almost two years. I get a salary and commissions based on sales. The problem is that my employers is constantly late paying my commissions. They give me excuses. My commission are at least 3-5 months late. And I have to constantly badger them to pay me. They say I am doing good work. No complaints. But I am frustrated. The job market is such that I havent found a suitable job yet to go. They own the business. They take wonderful vacations to Hawaii and other nice places. They live in very nice homes. Wives dont have to work. How can I handle this in a productive manner???? When looking for a new job what do I say to the prospective new employer when they ask me why I am leaving my present position? I dont want to appear negative in any way. |
