I am looking for a job in Honduras, because my husband lives there, and I am just waiting on a job opportunity so that i can move as soon as you request it.

I have only worked in the United States. I do not have a work visa for Honduras, but since my husband lives there, I dont think there will be a problem to request it.

I do not have a College Degree or similar. I only have my High School Diploma.
Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?
Skills, because a degree can make you look good, but having the will to be a better person everyday, by listening, learning and putting your skills to work your best and deliver the best, that makes you feel good. That is what I call skills, experience.
Describe the benefits of working with others
One of the best benefits is defenitly, learning. You learn from your co-workers experience. You get and give help and advices to one another. And you also have the chance to meet incredible people, that sometimes can lead to life long friendships.
Describe the benefits of working alone
Defenitly no distractions. Sometimes working with a lot of people, can cause distractions and that can sometimes lead to mistakes. Now, ofcourse it depends on how well you are prepared and if you have worked with people before, then you must know how to handle it.
What was your worst working experience?
Being a supervisor has a lot of responsabilities, and one of them is letting people go,(I do not like the word fired). But when you have to let people go because their position has been removed/eliminated, or because the company is going thru hard financial times, then is harder since sometimes the people you are letting go are very professional and they have families to take care of.
What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?
Never believe that you know everything. There was, there is, and there will always be something new to learn everyday. And that is a wonderful thing.
What unique skills do you have?
Whatever job you give me, whatever project you give me, whatever my duties are, I am an idividual that does not rest until i have delivered the best results to my best point of view.
What would you consider as your 'dream job'?
A job where i am capable of being my self, a job where i am treated as equal. A job that gives me the opportunity to grow, not only professionally but also mentally. Somewhere where I feel that I belong.
What are the most interesting aspects of your field?
Since it is Accounting, everything, even the most complicated stuff, has a reason and should always have a correct solution. You just need to pay attention and focus.
Wjat are the least interesting aspects of your field?
I honestly do not think there are any.
