Looking for work in IcelandWhat type of job are you looking for? I am looking for something preferably in the health and fitness industry as a fitness instructor but not specific to just that. What nationality are you? South African What languages do you speak (and at what level)? Impeccable command of the english language and basic Afrikaans. What country or area are you looking to work in and why? Reyjavik ,Iceland preferably. What countries have you worked in? I have worked in England in Gloucestershire for 3 months and travelled the United States. What countries do you have a visa to work in? Previously the United Kingdom been given a 2 year working visa. What field do you currently work in? Presently in the health and fitness industry self employed as a personal trainer in Johannesburg ,South Africa. What fields have you worked in before? Sales and marketing ,Health and fitness ,working in retail and the catering industry (food and beverage). What qualifications do you hold? Certificate of Exercise Science (currently studying diploma in philosophy via the University of London) Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? A good formal education is vital as a foundation however skills are invaluable and extremelly practical ,so I see a trade skill as more benificial to my cause. Describe the benefits of working with others Networking and building of solid relationships with people is fundamental to opening many opportunities ,it in turn offers a great deal of personal growth learning from one another. Describe the benefits of working alone You are allowed to focus on the given task at hand more in some cases and learn to take on more responsibility therefore learning more about yourself in the process. What was your worst working experience? Working in the motor trade. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? What you put in is almost always what you will get back in return ,steadfast determination and learning how far I am able to push myself and stay motivated. What unique skills do you have? I can sketch and am very creative. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? Working in an environment that is dynamic ,working with athletes under any capacity. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? I am physicaly on the move and get to meet a diverse range of people everyday. What are the least interesting aspects of your field?
