Information Technology (IT) is the only field I have worked so far. What qualifications do you hold? I hold Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Electronics and Communication Engineering. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? I consider the skill is the most valuable than the formal education. Skill is exhibited out of formal education. Because Formal education teaches you the technology and provides knowledge. Whereas Skill is the practical experience of the lessons learnt.
