Formal education or skills and why? Both are equally important..But as I have advanced my own education...it is imperative to seek other degree levels as the instruction and learing experiences are far greater. Describe the benefits of working with others I learn from others to do a job well or better..to develop team skills...to learn how to better communicate with other team members.. Describe the benefits of working alone Working alone allows me to concentrate on the things I want to most accomplish for the day...I can do the work of an 8 hour day in 2 hours if I am left to myself...Besides..working alone...You alone are responsible for the job to be done..I like being responsible for my work What was your worst working experience? Working in a prison What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? To always be an advocate for your patients...to believe and honor the calling you have recieved to enter the profession...and treat each person with the respect and dignity they deserve..no matter where they come from or what they do... What unique skills do you have? I am not sure I have any unique skills.I am what I am...I love my work and I enjoy seeing my patients at their best or at least helping them thru the bad times....To me..each patient is an individual...and I want to care for that one individual the best way I know how and to also meet their needs.. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? A dream job to me is seeing others attain what they most desire...whether it to be just getting by for a day or working for the future...I would probably say my main goal is to support my patients decisions, act as their advocate, and make the most of their days good ones...if needed... What are the most interesting aspects of your field? Meeting people of other cultures and learning about them What are the least interesting aspects of your field? If I really had to say...it is probably paperwork....Paperwork takes you so far from the patient...which is most important how can I assist you I act as an advocate for my patients..ensuring they have the best quality of life possible...whether bed ridden or ambulatory...I strive to maintain the policies of whatever facility I work in...My work in nursing has been a calling and not merely ajob...My interest is my patient...and leaving my work assignment knowing that I have done the best job that I can do....
