I think that both are very valuable but i think that sometimes skills can be more valuable than education as practice is the best way to learn a new skill and skill are learnt and kept with you always. Describe the benefits of working with others working with others can be beneficial because working in a team gives you a sense of belonging and allows for knowledge to be passed on to others helping them improve their working skills too. I think it is important to be co-operative and helpful when it comes to working with others. Describe the benefits of working alone Working alone can also be beneficial as there is more focus on the job than other people. I think working alone can help make you more independent as you learn quicker by experiencing things by yourself and practising skills. What was your worst working experience? My worst working experience was probably working in a bar in Spain. I didn´t like this job because there was no salary aggreement and i was not given much direction from the beginning, I enjoyed the work but I would have liked to have been given more information about the job. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? the most important lesson i have learned is to complete one thing at a time and to my best ability, it is better to have completed something perfecty than to rush to get more things done and half complete them. What unique skills do you have? I would say my unique skills are my ability to understand what people want by using my listening skills. I have studied psychology and find that i am more in touch with the way others think. I am also very good at organising. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? My dream job would actually be two jobs. I aspire to be a writer as i am quite creative in my thinking and also a make up artist as i love experimenting with make up techniques.
