I´m lookinf for a full time job, I´ve worked as recepecionist, customer help department, admnistrative work, phone central management, etc I have got good people skills, that is the kind of job I am looking for. What nationality are you? Uruguayan What languages do you speak (and at what level)? My native language is Spanish but I also speak advanced English, I studied it for 8 years. I can read, write and speak it. What country or area are you looking to work in and why? Iceland because I think is good posibility for me to grow and learn from diferent cultures. My actual situation is not the best it can be. i´ve heard Iceland is a good place to live and work. What countries have you worked in? Only in my country, Uruguay What countries do you have a visa to work in? I do not have a visa right now but if the oportunity is given I will inmediately apply for one. What field do you currently work in? Finances What fields have you worked in before? My current job is in finances Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Both, you need to be school educated and also have natural skills, it is very important to know how to manage people and that is something they dont teach you at school. Describe the benefits of working with others In every job is it important to have a nice working envroment, if you are comfortable you´ll work better, happier and harder. Describe the benefits of working alone The only benefit I can describe of working on your own is that all responsability lays on you, if something goes right you get all the credit but if something turns wrong then you are the only one responsable for it. What was your worst working experience? The only bad experience I had was to witness injustice with somer co workers. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? I have learned that hard working really does pay off, you learn so many things every single day. Specially with people and customers, you meet every day, everyone is diferent and interesting. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? A good working enviroment with acording salary. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? Meeting all diferent kind of people.
