Itlay What field do you currently work in? I'm a student an part-time worker, at the moment waitress. What fields have you worked in before? I've worked in a disco, and in some theatre festival (organisation and accomodattion of the artists) What qualifications do you hold? in two months bachelor in science of theatre and musicology Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? both. but at the end chiefs keep people who has skills..or someone who learn quickly! Describe the benefits of working with others You can talk with someone, find new friends (but only sometimes), if you needs hel they can help you, you can share your ideas with the others and they can give you advises and find solutions to problem. work together is less stressy than alone! Describe the benefits of working alone you don't have to count only on yourself and this is a great imput to work hard and do the best because you know that everyting is in your hand! very exciting! What was your worst working experience? first work in berlin in a bar I didn't understand a word and the other girls who worked with me were really mean (;-)) and they pay me not so well (21 euro per 12 hours) What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? My carrer is actually very short..but never be afraid of a job that I can't do, I'm young, I can learn! What unique skills do you have? I learn very quickly and I am really efficient. Have a very good memory What would you consider as your 'dream job'? Don't have clear ideas yet, but I want to be indipendent..freeeeee lancer What are the most interesting aspects of your field? if my field is theater and music...is creativity What are the least interesting aspects of your field? artists normally sucks!
