| How You Can Make It Stand-Out With A Bunch of Competitors For The Interview A day before the interview, there are questions that kept running through our mind that really bothered us. The thing that we really need a job really freaks us out. Many negative thoughts were rolling and playing. Competitiveness is surely expected, but the excitement is still present. The big thing is what should it take for you to stand out with a bunch of competitors and how you can win it? Being ready and prepared will have big effects to the interview. It is the main key to overcome and prevent the risks you might encounter. Knowing the proper dress code, accessories, cologne and make-up to put on will be a plus factor. Remember that first impression contributes some part, so be safe and try to impress the interviewer for the first meeting as possible. You should also be aware for the probable questions that the interviewer would ask like what are your strengths and weaknesses? Why we should hire you and what can you contribute to our company? How long are you planning to stay and how would you see yourself after 5 years? Knowing the possible things to be thrown-up will help you to be ready to catch it well. But always remember that being calm, nice, witty and confident will lead all these to reach the success. |
