What type of job are you looking for?

NGOs job or any teaching job especially Swahili language and Tanzanian culture

What languages do you speak (and at what level)?

I speak Swahili and English language. I speak fluently both Swahili and English language.

What State are you looking to work in and why?

I would like to work in Illinois or Florida even any other state in the USA.

What field do you currently work in?

I work as Secondary School teacher here in Tanzania

What fields have you worked in before?

I have been working as a teacher for both special education and normal education.

What qualifications do you hold?

I have a B.A with education. And I am specialized in History and Geography and language skills.

Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?

I think both formal education and skills are valuable because to have a certain skill you need to attend formal education. Through formal education a learn may learn on how to behave within the skill or professional he or she opted. And the skills help us to follow academic and other information instructions.

Describe the benefits of working with others

When working with other people help us to make relationship, it makes us to learn others' culture even it develop our professional behaviors. Therefore when working with other people help us to gain new knowledge.

Describe the benefits of working alone

Working alone helps us to create a critical thinking, and it gives us confidence that we can do things alone with no fear.

What was your worst working experience?

My worst working experience was when I appointed as a manager of the school for children with hearing disorder or problem. Before I thought that I can not do well but finally I managed to work confidently.

What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?

The important lesson I have learnt is to be patient when working to any institution.

What unique skills do you have?

The only unique skill I have is creativity.

What would you consider as your 'dream job'?

My dream is to work for international institutions that deal with Environmental issues

What are the most interesting aspects of your field?

The most interesting aspects of my field is teaching Geography.

What are the least interesting aspects of your field?

The least interesting aspects of my field include teaching Geography, History, Language skills and even working with computer.

How developed world countries will help the developing countries to integrate their economies?

I think the only thing to consider is through developing economic cooperation among the countries all over the world.
