EDUCATION SECTOR.

BACHELORS DEGREE IN EDUCATION.

CERTIFICATE IN GUIDANCE AND COUNSELING.

ADVANCED CERTIFICATE IN COMPUTER PROFICIENCY.

Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?

SKILLS.

IT IS PRACTICAL ORIENTED AND ITS MONITORING AND EVALUATION IS REAL AND

RIGHT IN TERMS OF RESULTS.
