What field do you currently work in? I was teaching Kiswahili and English at advanced levels in Tanzania.I have just came to the U.S in this March. What fields have you worked in before? Teaching Kiswahili and English in the U.S (Governors State University) and Tanzania. What qualifications do you hold? Bachelor of Arts with education. ( Honour Degree) and I am Fulbrighter. My teaching subjects are Kiswahili and English. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Skills education is more valuable because it helps people to use there knowledge well and to impart to new knowledge to unskilled people whic lead to development of our society and other societies. Describe the benefits of working with others There are many benefits of working with others such as sharing ideas so that we develop the community. Also socialization is among of benefits one gain by working with others especially in cultural aspect. Describe the benefits of working alone Working alone does not has more benefits than workin in community. Because a person who works alone will believe what she/he does is alwasy right while is wrong. What was your worst working experience? I have never experienced worst working environment. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? I learnt many things from others and really improved my career a lot by knowing people around the world with their cultures.
