Im searching jobs in NewZealand. In NewZealand, The agricultural and Hortucultural farm are plenty in numbers, I am very much intersted to work in Newzealnd and all the above its an ideal place for work.

What field do you currently work in?
Im currently working as lecturer and i am teaching botany subjects for Mpharm, Phytomedicine students. And i am doing research in plant pathology and herbal medicine
What fields have you worked in before?
Previously i have worked as skilled person in the project to colect the wild relatives of hoticultural and agricultural important crop species from the easterm ghats of Tamil Nadu and bordering Andra Pradesh. For My Ph.D i have worked on plant tissue culture (in vitro salt tolerance, Soil science, and Environmetal reclmation (restoration of wastelands).

M.Sc. Ph.D (Botany) Plant Science
Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?
Skills are more valuable than the formal education, because of the formal education will have more theoretical knowledge than the practical knowledge but the skilled persons will have more practical knowledge than theoretical knowledge, so the skilled person can solve more problems in practical point of view.
Describe the benefits of working with others
If we are working with others means we can learn more practical knowledge from the coleques, so if we got a problem in our job means we can analyse the problem from different angles. If we are working as team we wont get tired easily and also we can work with more spirit. All of the above we can get the leadership capacity and personel development, it will help for our own as well as companies benefit.
Describe the benefits of working alone
If we are working alone means, not necessary to depend others for the decision making. We can take any decison for the shake of company's benefit. We will be the only responsible person for all the good and bads happening during in the work place. We can take any decison earlierly.
What was your worst working experience?
I dont feel anything worst in my work experience.
What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?
In my career, i learned that the we have adjust for any situation, becuase we went field trips for several areas for plant collections and in different seasons. So i learned to adjust myself in the situations.
What unique skills do you have?
I can walk even the whole day without any intereption or tiredness (i learned this during my fied visits). I have the unique skills in plant identification Taxonomy(this given an opportunity to work as skilled person in the project). I have the skills in soil, analysis, plant tissue culture, microbiology, plant molecular biology and plant pathology.
What would you consider as your 'dream job'?
My Dream job is plant physiology and plant taxonomy related Research scientist jobs.
What are the most interesting aspects of your field?
Nost interesting aspects in my field is field studies regarding to the plant science research especially tropical plant taxonomy research.
Wjat are the least interesting aspects of your field?
I dont think anything least interest in my field.
