I have no problems working in any country except India as I have not been able to get a suitable job.

I last worked in the field of banking negotiations and settlements.

handling high networth clients, banking operations,audit,strategy etc.

Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?
Skills is integral to experience and ability to take quick decisions that are correct. In life a person cannot go by textbook theories,A person needs to be savvy and street smart to handle situations. Formal education only provides the framework.

The benefits of working with others is team work. A team can get much more done and is more efficient if handled correctly. You get to socialise and from among professional acquaintances some become long lasting friends.

Working alone a person can chalk out the schedule and get things done in their won time within the target period.They can work from anywhere.
What was your worst working experience?
My worst working expereince was SilverMaple Ltd.I had to redo drafts of one issue 40 times atleast and then was asked why the issue had not been cleared! The drafts were read by people who had no expertise and would also change correct grammer to wrong grammer!
What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?
Never to trust anyone at work.

Crises Management,Getting the problem solved,handling difficult situations and communicating.
What would you consider as your 'dream job'?
My dream job would be one where I could put everything I have learnt to use, at a senior position with a lot of travel to different countries and a good salary to make for these 5 long years of struggle.

Meeting people of all fields of government and countries.
Wjat are the least interesting aspects of your field?
The paper work.
