Looking for Job overseasWhat type of job are you looking for? I am open to any job to survive at initial stage but if you ask my interest I will prefer to go for either Admin or recruiting job. I am highly experienced in both. I have overall 7+ years of experience in various field of IT(i.e. faculty, admin, recruiting etc.) What nationality are you? Indian What languages do you speak (and at what level)? Hindi, English, Punjabi, Telugu. I have good command on all these languages What country or area are you looking to work in and why? Any good country with good culture. I want to move overseas because of better future, international experience and earning. What countries have you worked in? Only in India What countries do you have a visa to work in? Dont have any visa yet. What field do you currently work in? I am working as US Technical recruiter based in India. What fields have you worked in before? Mostly in Computers. What qualifications do you hold? I have passed out my degree in 2001. ( This is my highest level qualification) Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Its Skills. You can manage most of the things with your skills. You may be educate but if you are not able to express yourself then all the education is waste. But if you have skills then you can survive in any area. Describe the benefits of working with others It always gives you a chance to use their brain. As invidual you can only use your single brain and can get limited numbers of ideas. But while working with others if you are clever enough then yu can even use their brain also. Describe the benefits of working alone Well..being a team player I never thought of this. I would prefer to work in a team. What was your worst working experience? Not yet happen. Everything was a new challenge and learning experience. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Beilieve in work rather than saying. you must be a team player and should be capable enough to carry your team along with you. What unique skills do you have? I am a common man. The only I can say that I can mingle with anyone very quickly. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? There is no end of desires.
