Formal education because skill can obtain through 1 or 2yrs of experience but for formal education it takes years.

we able to know each which help for better working environment and to learn frm others. To get the opportunity of working in a team which help us to co-ordinate with others easily and work is done easier

My Earlier Company were I have worked as a Desktop Engineer (I have left that Co Because they were not granting me a leave for my Examination which I have alreay Inform to them)
