I have a completed a 4 month extensive training programme on zOS & OS390 System Administration. This also includes CICS, DB2, JCL, VSAM, RACF. What nationality are you? The work can be divided within the team, which would reduce the time consumption considerably and it also contributes to your personal attributes, it makes you more patient, friendly and warm. You would be more accountable and responsible. What was your worst working experience? Fortunately I have never had any bad working experiences. I am a very good learner too and an enthusiast in learning new technologies. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? For me dream job is not about a specific designation. Its about job satisfaction and how the Organization treats me. So it depends a great deal on the Company that I work for. Though over the years I would like to see myself in a Managerial role and understand how the business works. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? Mainframes known for its reliability, availability and serviceability in itself is a challenge. And we being the System Administrators set the platform for the application developers to work on. Mainframe computers process millions of instructions per second and handles sensitive data and so one has to be on a high alert every second. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? Everything about my field is interesting which is why I chose it. Why would you consider yourself a potential employee? I am a dedicated worker, with excellent communication skills and technical knowledge. Over the 14 months of experience, I have been highly appreciated for my work and I have never let my team down.
