Describe the benefits of working with others

Best output can be given when there is a team work. One man alone cannot make the best, he will require help from others in some or the other way. And when one works with others, he/she will know his/her capability, his/her degree of skills.

Describe the benefits of working alone

There can be only one benefit of working alone. One can take the full credit of the work alone. He/she cannot blame others for his/her faults and can do his/her work to his/her degree of satisfaction, as 'too many chefs spoil the food'.
