Any country in the world am ready to over my services and expertise.This is because am ready to learn more i believe the world is becoming a small village because of globalization and there is movement of people to any country in the world to work.And in addition I have done my studies outside my own country therefore am a little bit of having experience outside my own county.(kenya)

haven't worked in any country yet since am fresh from college.

at present i have visa to work in East Africa countries (Kenya,Uganda and Tanzania.)

Am not working at present as I have just finished my college.

have completed MBA (Finance) from Maharish Dayanand University, Rohtak, India. in 2009. Bcom from Delhi University India. 2007
Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?
Both are very important, because you need them both for you to work effeciently and effectively.you can't just need skills without formal education and manage especially this age of internationalization and globaliazation. Same case you can't just assume to have only formal education and excell in dealing with all the complexities of the company now days, you need both skills and formal education though one might manage with skills without education to work but not really much in this era.

1, you are able to express your views and your expertise to others who will be able rectify you. 2 ,you will be able to share the experience and expertise,in other words you will learn from others as a group. 3, motivation from the group members. and cohesiveness among the group help one to adopt to the working conditions fast

it needs more time to formulate the strategies to achieve the goals of the organization

1. work with other staff officials i.e CEO,or Director and my team and work mates to ensure that the goals are achieved. 2.doing my level best to utilize the resources of the firm 3,to harmonize individual goals to organization goals.
