As CIO for the Home Business, managing IT operations for the DTH and IPTV Businesses for the company. This includes systems for Customer Acquisition, Service Activation, Re-Charge of Prepaid balance, Billing, Customer Care, Offer Purchase etc.
2. Roamware India Pvt. Ltd. Mumbai, India Vice president(Engineering) Jun’06-Oct’07
Managed the Engineering Development Centres for Roamware. Roamware Inc. is the global leader of value-added voice and data roaming solutions that currently help maximize revenue, increase operational efficiency, and reduce subscriber churn to over 295+ Operator Networks in 115+ countries across continents. The Engineering development facilities in India employs about 140 people in two centres at Mumbai and Gurgaon.

Reliance Communications, Mumbai, india Head IT Shared Services/BSS Sep’01-May’06 Successfully managed the IT shared services portfolio, which included Mail and Messaging (Lotus Notes), SAP, GIS, Intranet/Internet, LAN/WAN & DSS. Managed seamless operations of Billing, CRM, Mediation, Provisioning, Interconnect Accounting, & Fraud Management applications.
4. Bharti Telesoft Ltd., Gurgaon, India CEO Mar’99-Aug’01
Established operations for the company. Recruited a talented team of over 200 professionals and established a state of the art facility at Gurgaon. Established Centres on Switching & Network Management, Customer Care & Billing Solutions, Web & Collaborative Technologies. Also set up a Branch office in US & a subsidiary company in UK in 2000-01 Oversaw the development of the following software applications for Telecom Service providers: Net Argus Performance Monitoring System for Telecom networks. Clients include Bharti, BSNL etc. • Fraud Management Systems (Fixed Line/ Mobile operations). • Roster Management System (Managing workforce in Call Centres). • Mobile Internet Applications (SMS & WAP – Mobile Banking, Stock Trading & Ticketing). • Other software developed include hot billing, value added services on IVR, complaint management, E-Commerce websites etc. Key clients handled include HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, NSE, Motorola, Aplion Networks, and Vercomm etc.
