I believe a proper mix of both is very essential. Formal education lays down the foundation of the methodology of doing a particular task and skill brings out the actual implementation and also helps in bringing out innovative methods

the benefits are 1) Learning new things be it from superiors or subordinates 2)Team spirit 3) Healthy working environment

Working alsone is necessary when one requires concentration and performing individual distributed task. Eventually it becomes the part of a group and hence then after ome indvidual task group effort becomes prominent
What was your worst working experience?
As such there were no such experiences which needs to be pondered upon. Each experience taught me a lot which would be beneficial ahead

I have learnt many lesons 1) Never be pessemist and alsways be optimistic and broad minded 2) be innovative and dont hestate to try out new ideas 3) Learn from superiors as well as subordinates and colleguess

I would want to be head of Marketing department for a huge MNC and would be involved in decision making panel

Leadership - everyone looks towards me for guidance and I have to lead from the freont. Hence i have to set examples which i like the most
