I have worked as a Area manager for Loan in an India's biggest bank. also for 1 year I was a Branch Manager too What qualifications do you hold? I have done my graduation in commerce . (B Com) and have done my Post Graduation in MBA... Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? I believe a proper mix of both is very essential. Formal education lays down the foundation of the methodology of doing a particular task and skill brings out the actual implementation and also helps in bringing out innovative methods Describe the benefits of working with others the benefits are 1) Learning new things be it from superiors or subordinates 2)Team spirit 3) Healthy working environment Describe the benefits of working alone Working alsone is necessary when one requires concentration and performing individual distributed task.
