Have succesfully undergone DGCA approved Aircraft Maintenance Engineering course and have cleared BAMEL licence papers of DGCA, recognized in India and Middle East and selected Gulf countries. What countries have you worked in? India. What countries do you have a visa to work in? Have a valid Indian passport. Can get a visa for any country easily in preffered time as I have a clear Law track record till date. What field do you currently work in? Aircraft maintenance trainee student in Air India Ltd. What qualifications do you hold? Aircraft Maintenance Engineering course in HA,JE,LA,CP,RA category approved by Director General of Civil Aviation in India from Wnigsss College of Aviation Technology(Pune) along with Paper 1 and 2 of DGCA BAMEL licence examination. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Skills are more important then just formal education because today the world is moving fast and skilled work is required to cope up with the meeting needs and demands and that too in less time which makes work challenging. Moreover, skilled knowledge leads to productivity, time management and saving time with best quality of work doing capability extracted in efficient and effective scope of work. Describe the benefits of working with others Working with others as a team leads to accomplishing goals that fosters individual development, free mind scope to work, appreciate and learn something which is as a skill efficient quality with others. Describe the benefits of working alone Not lot much of benifits thou unless you are already efficient and experienced in the matter of work alloted. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Never boast extra about what you know. Still manage to get clear with what you know is little but sure and correct. Appreciate your quality knowledge other than being proud on the quantity matter you know. No one is 100% knowledgeable and always respect your colleagues and also people below you because sometimes they know much better than you must be aware of about certain things. Learn from your mistakes. Work without mistakes in no work learnt but at the same time to be sure after you are aware you must not repeat it again. Must notice as to what others say. We are not correct always and should be lineant and kind.achieve what you want don't beg. What unique skills do you have? Hard working skills, time management, up to date working capability, acceptable to challenging work and can handle work pressures, cool minded and decisive in odd situations, can take responsibilities with due care have leadership qualities to expose individual development. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? Human desires to achieve and achieve more. so even universe is not the limit. But my dream job is, which satisfies me by my content of knowledge used in it. Would like to see myself at a place in life when I would be working as a full fledged Aircraft Maintenance Engineer in the leading airliner company like Lufthansa or Emirates. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? Aviation and Maintenance was my passion and not just only career highlighted option from very childhood. Still today would prefer to look up in the sky like a layman and say "a plane" pointing to it flying in the sky instead of sayin "an aircraft cruising". Challenging work makes it the most interesting aspect to be in. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? Least job seeking and getting options. Limited scope. To perform the sole responsibility of maintaining the aircraft to its airworthy condition according to the safety standards as an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer thereby proving an opportunity right in the field of aviation and its progress.
