I am Manjusha E.T, an MSW holder (Masters in Social Work), specialized in Rural and Urban Community Development, from Rajagiri College of Social Sciences, Kalamassery, Cochin. I have 3 year experience in development sector and for the past one year I was working as a Development Trainee (one year trainee ship prograame) in Praxis-Institute for Participatory Practices to get viable experience in Participatory methods and approaches since it’s an essential for the development process. Praxis is an International non-profit, autonomous; development support organization committed to the democratization of development processes.

I am completing the trainee ship within few months from Praxis and looking for an opportunity to work with NGO’ who are in the field of Natural resources Management and preservation.
