Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? I think both of them have their own importance. formal education teach us how to speak, write & read. It gives the Proper theoritical knowledge about the subject which we are interested in. The skills gives confidence for doing the work effectively & effeciantly. Describe the benefits of working with others we will get the different ideas, we can follow the easiest methods, the skills are varied with each person, so we can learn the different skills as well.We are encouraged by team spirit. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? we have to have punctual, trustworthy, hard working mentality & beleives in God.
