i think skills are most impoatant because skills requires for every job specially cabin crew like communication skills, learing skills.....and you can educate youself by your working enviroment and through your experience.

while working with others you come to known there point of view hence, you will learn everyday beacuse i belive every person have differnt perception while interacting with them you can enhance your knowleadge.

i learnt we should adapt others and thier working environment so that we can enjoy our work.

most intersting aspects are travelling to different places and interacting with new people every day.
