Skill as well as Education. They both behave differently in different scenario. Skilled person can do work more efficiently and effectively rather than just educated on the other hand Education brings up the chaces to learn skills more accurately and develop quality to learn fast.

Better understanding of peoples it also helps to increase inter personal skills. Working in group also help in resource management.

Decrease in the chances of error and mistakes because of misunderstanding in communication. Increase the decision taking capabilities and responsibility.
What was your worst working experience?
As such nothing in terms of work load but my BPO experience was quite bad when it comes to office timings as it was very hard to awake whole night and stare computer screen.
What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?
Take up responsibility and deliver the output in the time. which will increase the customer satisfaction and reduce the production cost.

I have Good Communication, Nice interpersonal skills, I am a quick learner too. I can easily work and settle with any number of people and even alone.

The job which satisfy me in both ways mental and financial so I can consider working in Management and do enterprise and business planning will be my dream job.

Better work environment, Good growth in career, Satisfactory income and life time learning.
What are the least interesting aspects of your field?
I can not move to other engineering fields like mechanical,civil and electrical people can. Have to spend and stuck with computers always.
Why you want to work in a gulf country
Frankly speaking I like the governing system of those countries and I think that's more appropriate and suitable for me.
