I am into sales and marketing of Pre engineered Steel Building used for the construction of Industrial and commercial buildings. What fields have you worked in before? I have worked in cement industry. Before 2001, I was only into construction sites and worked as site/ project engineer for industrial and multistoreyed buildings What qualifications do you hold? Degree in Civil Engineering Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Skills developed through practical implementation of formal education. The education format one chooses is purely theoritical and during practical experience, the skills are developed.
