According to me both are essentiaal but i prefere the formal education becose first to acquare the knowledge then to impliement in practical. Bing as a young professional i dont have much experience of any thing but after the disasterous 2004 Tsunami devasted this island with our studies i developed inundation maps which may help the society etc. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Each and every moment of life is very important and a single moment and the path you choose can bring a change to the life. I was an averag student in my school and being scolded by my teachers many times but i am only the one among all of my classmate i secured highest education degrees. What unique skills do you have? It can not be examined by self but i feel iam expert enough in relation building problem solving and i am regular and sincier to do work. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? A chance to work for the people where i am having with power to take discission.
