As per me Skills education is having more importance bcoz in foraml eduaction you will have less knowledge and in skill it covers over all subject(skill and formal) and we will be specialized for one subject.
Describe the benefits of working with others
The topic is differ for job to job and sector wise.. If we take big industries then working with others play a vitial role. Working with others is nothing but working with N types of ideas with one head. Where you can have N nos of ideas,and if one does wrong it will cover by other and the result will also be good in minimum time.

What was your worst working experience?
When i was in Graduation i did part time job bcoz of personal reason and that is the worst working exp i had bcoz in the morning i use to work and 1 PM i use go to college and again in evening work...
What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?
What ever the situation may be if one have to prove that he has to close the task then he can.(For Ex my education with Job,which gave me full support to my entire work life to fight for any thing if we have to prove our self).

What would you consider as your 'dream job'?
The type of job for which can i can serve for the betterment of the company and also give not only neccesities but also comforts.
What are the most interesting aspects of your field?
One to One intreactions with the Exe and channel partners to gain the market knowledge and can have inputs to give better services to the customers by knowing the various loop holes. One to One interactions with the customers to have a better repo to resolve the issues in time. Customer Loyalty Shows. Service Camps.
Wjat are the least interesting aspects of your field?
The issues which are beyond to the my limits to give resolution in time.
