Considerable investment of resources, both human and material, has been put into the Education sector and impressive progress has been achieved in terms of free, universal, compulsory primary education, free textbooks, free secondary education and a fairly wide range of higher education courses at the University of Mauritius. Education has been free through the secondary level since 1976 and through the post-secondary level since 1988. Formal ed. Standardized tests and programs probe ones ability to identify, personally, strengths and weaknesses on a scale applicable to everybody and with levels or grades. A skill is an ability to perform some physical action, usually applied to work or hobby and perhaps comparable to another’s work. Educational level and skill level seem to be mutually exclusive. Education is mental requiring thinking more than performing and skill is performing more than pure thinking. Both are requiring because if I have degree but I don’t know about children’s physiology there nature and course have hoe many difficulty in action in prose’s of teaching. If I know degree it means I’m not knowledgeable its party true but most important thing is knowledge and exercise it means experience.
