Anywhere because what matters is the good working environment and pay and not the place. What countries have you worked in? India, Saudi Arabia, Doha Qatar, Dubai, Libya. What countries do you have a visa to work in? currently nowhere. What field do you currently work in? construction, readymix and cement products. What fields have you worked in before? construction, readymix and cement products like blocks, tiles etc. What qualifications do you hold? 12th from cbse. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? well i think both are important for being a good employee BUT Skills are more important for the type of job i am looking for because in construction field there are many aspects that can only be managed if a person is having good technical skills. Describe the benefits of working with others? It help us to interact with others and enable us to gain more and more knowledge which helps us to enhance our skills. Describe the benefits of working alone? we can handle the work in our own way, and we can show our skills and proficiency and management skills. What was your worst working experience? It was in Dubai when our 5 months salary got blocked and also the working environment there was not healthy. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? That to be successful, a person should work with proper concentration, patience, dedication to achieve the set objectives. He needs to be loyal to his senior and to his job. What unique skills do you have? Healthy job knowledge, with formal and technical skills, management skills, googd leadership qualities. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? My dream job would be the one in which i get the healthy working environment, good pay scale, human relations, supporting staff so that i could continue with the job for a longer period of time. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? My field is quite challenging because the whole of the work is based on some serious calculations and the work is time based. So i like to accept the challenges of completing the work within time with full efficiency and effectiveness. Wat are the least interesting aspects of your field? Due to change in market forces the pay scale of of the employees and workers in this field is not upto the mark and moreover the flaws of the other departments leads to the breakdown in our plant. one more thing is that in construction and readymix fields, more of skills and experience is required but still more preference is given to the certificate holders. Why i am currently not working? I am looking for a job in India and i have even applied for the job at many places but the main problem is that after seeing my experience most of the companies either do not reply and the one who offers the job are not willing to pay according to what is wish.
