I worked as a assistant store Superintendent and CIVIL and MECHANICAL work in TUBEWELL department What qualifications do you hold? 10+2 PHYSICS,CHEMISTRY,MATHEMATICS and diploma in ELECTRICAL AND MECHANICAL from HEWETT POLYTECHNIC,LUCKNOW(BOARD OF TECHNICAL EDUCATION,U.P) Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? I strictly prefer the skills because the students of modern era get certified in a theoretical way but they get failed when they come to job.So it will be better for us to consider the skill in all aspects and so we can filter those who were not fit in the practical work. Describe the benefits of working with others Working in a team is great for motivation and ideas also moral in the work place growth and job satisfaction, building relationship and networking Describe the benefits of working alone Working alone is good for getting things done. You don't need to explain or consult, just do. Explaining and consulting takes time. Of course, some jobs are bigger, or trickier, this is when working alone is more difficult. There is an old saying "If you want something done right do it Your self". What was your worst working experience? It was all good till now and hopefully it goes best in future too What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?
