Sir : i think both are important because knowledge of the field shows us the ways of solving the problems and skills teach us expressing ourselves in very good manner Describe the benefits of working with others Working with others has many advantages , but the most i think is that when we discuss the problems with others we come up with very good solutins of these problems because it is not possile always that a person knows everything at all times , working with other team mates helps to know and gain other weaknesses Describe the benefits of working alone I don't think it has many but sometimes it may help as we learned in studying engineering What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?
