What type of job are you looking for?
An on-roll profile job in the customer service section of Etisalat's launch in India, for an executive having an year's experience in largest telecom company Vodafone.
What nationality are you?
An Indian, driving high, hard-working to raise the bar of excellence and sincerity much higher than may be expected.
Why should you be chosen?
The amount of hard-work I can put into my job may be very rare indeed to find. With all the energy my youth offers me, I give long hours as well as great thought to my work.
What country or area are you looking to work in and why?
Preferably in India, where I can be close to my family. However, if the offer is handsome enough, I wouldn't mind entering the Arab world, where I've spent the first 16 years of my life(in Abu Dhabi).
What countries have you worked in?
I have worked only in India, that too in a single company for which I am still working, Vodafone. However, just because of lack of opportunity doesn't mean I don't have what it takes to be successful in a big way...
Are you comfortable with shifts?
The timings of my work seem to be the least of my problems, as I am totally absorbed into my job and total dedication is towards fulfillment of the objectives set forth by the company.
What field do you currently work in?
Currently, I work as a Customer Care Executive, which involves a range of tasks like dealing with customer queries and complaints, handling cash transactions, keeping records of the stock available, and even acting as Deputy Manager in absence of the Store Manager.
What fields have you worked in before?
As mentioned before, no prior experience is available but the past year can be seen to have had an immense impact in training my personality as a professional.
What qualifications do you hold?
I am a graduate in Arts, major in Economics and English. A fresh mind, eager to learn and work hard for what I earn.
Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?
A combination of both would be my answer. Education helps in shaping the personality, whereas skills provide expertise in the field of work to a person.

Working with others develops in you team spirit, which will be important if your organization wishes to progress in the long run. Also, you get the feel of different cultures and learn about varied personalities and perhaps even human traits.

A sense of independence may be developed if one works alone. No internal disputes may arise in a lone venture.
What was your worst working experience?
Experiencing heightening insults from a subscriber within the office, and yet, such is customer service, the whole team could simply watch as the subscriber heaped insults on all of us and walked away casually.
What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?
I certainly have learnt to believe in the old saying that "Patience is a Virtue". Indeed, I must agree, a person with patience can take on much more than an outwardly aggressive personality.
What unique skills do you have?
Patience, soft-skills, quality dealing and a way of talking that only pleases people, no matter how frustrated or angry they may be.
What would you consider as your 'dream job'?
My dream job would certainly be heading an organization, thereby making myself known to the world.
What are the most interesting aspects of your field?
The complain against pressure exerted simply leads to a burning desire to perfect perfection itself.
What are the least interesting aspects of your field?
I don't think my job could be less interesting ib whatever aspect you think.
