Accotding to my views, formal education is good but skilled education is also equally important, b'cs formal education gives an introductory idea about a topic and skilled education gives us the chance to live that topic. Describe the benefits of working with others by working with other we can save time which is most valuable in the present time. also when more than one ideas get together at one place, i think more +ve results can get, a fresh environment is created so that lesser fatigue occures in workplace and we get more chances to know new things from others.
