I'm a skilled direct marketeer a good writer and good in analyzing companies marketing strategies and making them better. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Skills learned on the workfloor are much more valuable than eduction as you need to know how to work with people, you can't learn that from a book. Describe the benefits of working with others Working with others is what working is all about, it makes you get smarter and makes life worth living. Describe the benefits of working alone Working alone is great when you have to concentrate on writing articles. You benefit on the lack of distraction and are able to get things done quickly. What was your worst working experience? My worst working experience was working under management of a narcist boss who thought he knew everything better and wasn't flexible in thinking the other way. Worked from the smallest job up till a respected account manager managing complete fundraising programs for a lot a charities in the Netherlands.
