Malaysia, becouse the culture is not too different from Indonesia so it will be so much easier to adapt with the people and environtment. What countries have you worked in? Indonesia What field do you currently work in? pharmaceutical industry n distribution What fields have you worked in before? healthcare facility in a pharmacy What qualifications do you hold? Pharmacy degree Competence sertificate as pharmacy in Indonesia Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Both are equal. Without formal education we cannot get the sufficient information and also skill for the job we do and without skill we cannot fix problem that we face right in the field if we found it as anomali from theoritical base. Describe the benefits of working with others problem solved faster n easier, each person can be more focus on part of the problems so mistakes are rare to happen. Describe the benefits of working alone things are fixed on one source so work can be more focus n dont have ambigues mean. What was your worst working experience? hmmm.... So far i have not seen worst....every problem can be solve by good communication. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Must be organized, fast, detailed, dicipline, live long learning, able to lead people, comunicative, honest and hard working. What unique skills do you have? im really creative What would you consider as your 'dream job'? a job where i could work together as a team. good resposibility and good earn. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? the working globe cannot be static it must continue to improve for the better so there is a huge chances to meet new people, learn new technique, equipment etc. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? the responsibilities are so big so that mistakes are pushed to be zero and it took alot of hard work and pressure but his make my field challanging.
