Presently I am working for a Charitable Christian Oragnization involved in counselling and training counsellors. I am involved in counselling and training but also good in banking industry. Diploma in Textile Technology, B.A. (Eng), Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Both needs to be balanced according to the situation one is in. Few jobs require skills on a high proportion for percision work and few require education with skill sets. Describe the benefits of working with others Working with others makes a work much easier than it would be otherwise. If you spend more of your time fighting with your team or working at cross-purposes, then you would probably be better off alone. When you work with your co-workers, it is more likely that you will experience better synergy, and lower stress overall. This not only makes the work environment a pleasant place to be, but it also results in better business results, especially when the future of the business depends on how well employees work together. This helps the entire team when the results are successful, and hurts everyone if they are associated with a failing effort. 1. More creativity leading to more ideas and better results 2. A support network that you can draw on Describe the benefits of working alone The first thing is that it makes you more independent. When you work alone, you have to solve your assignment by yourself and you can’t rely on anybody. The way you do , the method you use, or even the manner you present, these are all your work and you have to choose how better to do. This process gives you not only many experiences but also the confident to make your decisions in the future. Moreover, you can manage your time better when you work by yourself. You can do your work anytime that is best for you and you also don’t have to depend on others to have only an agreement. Working alone gives a chance to discovery our own ability and many experiences to solve problems in life. What was your worst working experience? Working in a BPO in the night shifts where I had to rearrange my life style to suite my Job. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Commitment to the work and communication. I have learnt that unless I give my 100% commitment to the work I do, I will not be able to do in on time and skilfully. Even if the skills are not right I would make every effort to hone my skills if I am committed to doing it as required. Regular communication with superiors making them aware of progress of the work given. They would guide us the better way to do or tell alternatives if any. They also know that we are humans. Regular communication with the team to let them know of the progress of the work and the goal to be reached, will help the team focus and put efforts accordingly. What unique skills do you have?
