Formal education is more important where the whole knowledges will be applied and expanded our skills for the work field. Describe the benefits of working with others The benefit is creating a team work where our task can be done together by coordinating each tasks for each members based on the job description and interpersonal skills. Describe the benefits of working alone The benefit is more focus when completing a job task, but it will be more slower and time consuming. What was your worst working experience? The worst is when conducting a press conference where the performers did not turned out until the last minutes. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?
