Selected in campus interview and working as a Quality Control/Assurance Engineer for the past 3.5 years.Having experience in In process fabrication and inspection of boiler components with respect to drawings. Having experience in welding technologies such as TIG, MIG, SMAW, STBW & SAW. Worked under ASME and IBR projects and worked for achieving “S” and “U” ASME stamps for our concern. Having knowledge in ‘WPS and PQR’ and validation of welding process. Inspected various type of structures meant for power boilers. Preparation of Quality plans for the boiler components and structural items specially boiler columns and ceiling girders. Experienced in analyzing non-conformance on process and systems and giving solution to them. Experienced in maintaining ISO 9001:2008 Quality management system and analyzing continual improvements in various departments of our concerns. Coordinating with overseas and Indian clients for inspection and supplier evaluation. Currently preparing quality plans for 150 MW projects for boiler and structural components. Prepared Inspection Test Plan for various types of boiler components. |
