1. Leads and manages the project organization in order to get project initiation, preparation, execution and closing done Tower Infrastructure.2. Contribute to the contract negotiations (tender and execution phase) with main responsibility in leading services pricing and scheduling. 3. Prepare, plan, execute and close the project according to the business / customer contract requirements. 4. Ensure complete Delivery Package implementation and final site acceptance. 5. Overall responsibility for acceptance and handover project for SITAC and CME. 6. Look for project inefficiencies (like integration bottleneck) and remove them with the core project management team. 7. Evaluation and analysis of the overall risk level of the project. 8. I have experience implementing projects ranging from $ 2 M up to $120M 9. My experience in the telecommunications since Y1984 until 2011 and has been carrying out the construction of the tower more than 2000 sites majority for BTS. |
