| This depends greatly upon which worker's union you belong to, if you belong to any. In that case you should check with your union's regulations. No one can force you work, of course, you can always quit. However, if your union allows the working of 12 days in succession, and your job is offering you overtime as they would be required to by law, then I believe they have the right to demand this of you. |
