I am expert of international affairs of Agricultural & natural resources engineering organization of Islamic republic of Iran. I have a plan for agriculture that may create a great change in world agriculture. Noone in any part of the world has carried out this plan up to now. This is new innovation. Before stating details of my plan and I should say some introductory Sentences about it. Agricultural products are increased in the world by two following methods only: 1- To change uncultivated lands into agricultural lands. 2- To increase the yield of the area, that means applying in modern & industrial agriculture techniques and machinery , improved seeds , fighting with weeds, pest, disease , …. In a short form we could say that observance of scientific and technical points of cultivation, protection and harvest we could have permanent product. Now , I have a third way that is not executived in the world of to now. I, in addition to observance of the scientific and technical principles mentioned in second part , could increasing agricultural products through pray the verses concerning to agriculture. Probably this question in dropped into your mind that, is it possible to increasing Agricultural products by pray and reading holy quran? Answer is YES There were group of people about centuries ago who read some verses (special verses) At the time of productivity and harvested a good amount of products at the time of planting , irrigation, …. In order to make you and other agricultural engineers in your country sure, I have readiness to execute my plan in scientific methodology. This plan and the results shall astonish the professors of agricultural universities. Since it is not possible to explain my design in a page , therefore I request that read my letter carefully after response my letter . I have readiness for implementation this plan, cooperation with each interested everyone at your country with very low expenses. I have knowledge but haven’t money to executive .
