15 years of project management strong understanding of software life cycle

Project prioritization, scheduling, scoping and sourcing recommendations

Communicating strategy to and leading a cross functional team

Ensuring necessary cross functional resources are informed and involved

Ensuring projects are launched on time and meet set timelines

Proactively recommending and implementing process improvements

Leading project kick off and status meetings weekly monthly .
