Formal education or skills and why? I consider skills more valuable as the culture of formal education though useful is not as strong a motivation for true learning and passion. Correct ideas, methods and strategies for software development come about in a fast manner with a good team. Endless glitches on computer systems that I used for development that caused me to waste hours of time attempting to fix what appears to be sabotage by other employees possibly working for intelligence agencies.
